Some of you may remember my post from a while back, which was me looking for a cool diecast. There were a lot of wonderful suggestions, and here's my final choice: 1:18 scale Minichamps Mercedes 300SL. It's got a lot of cool stuff, like jack tools in the trunk and full carpeting. And the best part? $97.48 to the door! More pics to come when it gets to my house.

Diecasts. They're 18 times smaller than the real thing, but 3000 times less the cost!

That is a beautiful die cast, but I don't know if I could justify spending 100 bucks on one. Kudos to you sir, I am envious.

Thank you! I had gotten an amazon gift card, and I had turned about $35 of coins into another gift card at a coin star machine, so I really only spent about $45 on it. If it was $100, that'd be a tough sell for me too.
